The House
Charming, casually elegant, secluded and private - Adams Hill House is masterfully designed 5,500 sq. ft of open flowing rooms. Sleeping arrangements are comprised of two large master suites, with two smaller secondary bedrooms, 3 full baths and 3 half baths, and an office with a pull out sofa bringing the accomodation to 10 people in 5 beds. For entertaining there are two large living rooms, a grand chef's kitchen with cooking fireplace, several other fireplaces and numerous outdoor spaces for you to enjoy with your guests.

The 25-acre property is situated on a hillside and has wonderful ever-changing 300-degree views of southern Vermont that can be enjoyed from inside or out. The property borders a twenty-foot wide, crystal clear river for half a mile that you can hear from most rooms in the house until hard-freeze in winter. There are two waterfalls on the property, one of which has a deep swimmable pool beneath after spring rains and well into the summer.

Jockey Hollow Farm
Jockey Hollow Farm is a 30-acre field with a 60 mile view east across the state of Vermont all the way to Mount Monadnock in New Hampshire.
Jockey Hollow Farm was one of the oldest land grants in the area, dating back to the 1700s. The property was owned by the same family for generations and is being preserved in its present state to capture a bit of time gone by.
This private area, surrounded by more than 2000 acres of woodlands, is available for the enjoyment of Adams Hill House guests. A hike, a picnic, or even special parties take place here.
